The addition to Truist Park will focus on kid-friendly activities.
The Atlanta Braves announced earlier today the addition of Children’s Heathcare of Atlanta Park Truist Field as a 30,000-square foot, kid-friendly area between the left field and third base gate. The expansion will be completed prior to the start of the 2025 season.
According to the release, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Park will be open for events and activities during game days as well as throughout the year.
The new area will include a rock climbing tower, interactive experiences, BLOOPER’s Clubhouse, Hope & Will’s Sandlot, batting cages and a 480-square foot video board.
Hope & Will’s Sandlot is a kid-sized replica of Truist Park.
Additional information and renderings of the new section at the Battery Atlanta can be found on the Braves official Web site.
