Yesterday was an off day, which means that there wasn’t a lot to discuss as far as the Atlanta Braves are concerned. With that being said, considering how some off days have gone during this season so far, sometimes “no news” qualifies as “good news” so I’d imagine that it’s best to just be grateful and hope that the Braves are focusing on figuring out a way to defeat the Diamondbacks over the weekend.
With that being said, yesterday was Chipper Jones’ birthday. Hopefully someone poured Larry a Crown last night. Let’s enjoy one of the many moments of Chipper Jones tormenting the New York Mets, shall we?
