You got questions? We got answers (in a week’s time).
Hello, y’all! It’s January, so you know what that means: It’s prospect list season (and if you said “playoff football season” then I’d say “You know what: Fair, but this ain’t the place for that)! Before this month is over, the minor league crew here at Battery Power is going to release their annual preseason Top 30 prospect list where they rank the top 30 prospects in the Atlanta Braves organization.
Before that annual rollout takes place, we’re going to do something a bit new. We’re going to have a live Q&A session on January 16 at 6:30 p.m. ET right here on the Battery Power website in the comments section. That’s where y’all will have the chance to ask questions about the state of Atlanta’s farm system heading into this upcoming season. Garrett Spain, Matt Powers and Gaurav Vedak are going to take questions from y’all related to anything that has to do with Atlanta’s minor leaguers. If you’ve got questions about the big leaguers, I’ll be there to answer and we may even have some other members of the Battery Power staff on board to take some questions as well.
With that being said, we’d like the focus to be on the farm — especially considering that this is prospect list season, after all. Either way, this figures to be pretty fun and hopefully illuminating as well, since this’ll be your chance to get some direct answers from the excellent minor league crew over here. So if you aren’t busy in a week from now, make sure to pull up and hang out with us for a bit so we can all chat and be merry discussing Braves minor league baseball.
