Schedule
Gwinnett Stripers vs Lehigh Valley IronPigs 11:05 AM ET
Probable Starters
GWN: Davis Daniel (0-0, 0.00 ERA)
LV: Alan Rangel (1-0, 2.63 ERA)
Early season surprise Davis Daniel takes his 0.00 ERA into a rare battle with Lehigh Valley and former Braves farmhand Alan Rangel. The IronPigs are led by Pipeline’s Phillies #3 prospect and overall #60 prospect, Justin Crawford, son of former All Star Carl Crawford. Outfielder Gabriel Rincones (#10) and infielder Otto Kemp (#24) are the only hitters ranked in the Phillies Top 30 on Pipeline, while the pitching staff includes Mick Abel (#8), Seth Johnson (#12), and Michael Mercado (#23). Crawford, Abel, and Johnson are all former first round draft choices, with Johnson originally being drafted by the Rays.
Columbus Clingstones vs Pensacola Blue Wahoos 7:05 PM ET
Probable Starters
COL: TBD
PEN: Jacob Miller (0-1, 6.75 ERA)
The Pensacola series opens up with Jacob Miller starting for the Blue Wahoos. The Marlins second round pick in 2022 has steadily climbed the minor league ladder, though he has dropped off the Top 30 prospect list. He will be the latest for David McCabe, who has started the 2025 season red hot after what was essentially a lost year due to injury in 2024. Catcher Joe Mack, the Marlins #9 prospect according to Pipeline, leads a lineup also featuring outfielder Kemp Alderman (#11) and infielder Jared Serna (#16). Pensacola’s pitching staff has Miami’s #8 prospect in Robby Snelling along with Dax Fulton (#14) and Josh Ekness (#28).
Rome Emperors vs Asheville Tourists 6:00 PM ET
Probable Starters
ROM: TBD
ASH: TBD
The starters for this game aren’t set for either time as of this writing, so it’s hard to give much of a preview there. The Asheville lineup is led by Pipeline’s #4 Astros prospect catcher Walker Janek, the team’s first rounde pick last June. Outfielder Joseph Sullivan (#12), infielder Chase Jaworsky (#13), and outfielder Kenni Gomez (#18) are also part of the Tourists lineup. The pitching staff has Astros #6 prospect Anderson Brito as its top prospect and also features Juan Bello (#24).
Augusta GreenJackets vs Myrtle Beach Pelicans 11:05 AM ET
Probable Starters
AUG: Luke Sinnard (0-1, 0.00 ERA)
MB: Hayden Frank (0-1, 21.60 ERA)
After giving up an unearned run in two thirds of an inning in his pro debut, Luke Sinnard is back to make the second start of his career. Sinnard, who recorded strikeouts for both outs he collected last week, likely will be on a tight pitch count as he is coming off the surgery that cost him nearly two calendar years. This will also be a chance for the exciting Augusta lineup to jump all over a pitcher in Hayden Frank who was hammered in his season debut. Myrtle Beach’s top prospect is Pipeline’s Cubs #15 prospect Cole Mathis, a corner infielder. Infielder Angel Cepeda (#17) is the only other Top 30 prospect on the ball club. The Pelicans also have pitcher Max McGwire, son of legend Mark McGwire, though he is going to be out injured.
