It is shaping up to be an exciting race to the finish in the National League.
The good news is that the Braves once again were able to get a series win with a 5-4 victory over the Marlins on Sunday.
The bad news is that Atlanta still remains two games behind the Diamondbacks and Mets in the NL Wild Card standings, as both Arizona and New York once again played well over the weekend.
The simple truth is the path to the NL Playoffs for the Braves remains a hard uphill climb, and one in which they are gonna have to do the work themselves. It is not an impossible task, but it certainly is much easier said that done.
