The Atlanta Braves faced a scary situation during Friday’s spring matchup when Austin Riley was forced to exit after taking a pitch to his right hand. After negative X-rays and a clear CT scan, he is considered day-to-day.

The news was fortunate for Riley, who suffered a fractured hand last August.
