The Cincinnati Reds agreed to a one-year, $5M deal with outfielder Austin Hays. He is eligible for an additional $1M in incentives.
The San Diego Padres re-signed catcher Elias Diaz. He returns on a one-year deal worth $3.5M.
The Pittsburgh Pirates added INF/OF Adam Frazier on a one-year, $1.525M contract. He spent 2016 to 2021 in Pittsburgh.
After passing a physical, the Los Angeles Dodgers officially announced their one-year deal with Kirby Yates.
The Baltimore Orioles avoided arbitration with utilityman Jorge Mateo after the two agreed to a one-year, $3.55M deal.
