Atlanta Braves news and notes from Thursday.
We’re another day closer to the first spring game for the Atlanta Braves, and rumors are continuing to buzz. A recent report from MLB insider Héctor Gómez revealed that the Braves are among teams interested in starting pitcher José Quintana.

36-year-old Quintana is also drawing interest from the New York Mets, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, and Milwaukee Brewers. The southpaw has a career 3.74 ERA and could be a good candidate for the rotation.
