To no one’s surprise, Atlanta Braves fan-favorite Max Fried has agreed to a hefty deal with the New York Yankees. The left-hander agreed to an eight-year deal worth $218M and the contract does not include any deferred money.

Fried has spent eight seasons in Atlanta and produced a 3.07 ERA. May Braves Country never forget what he did in Game 6 of the 2021 World Series.
