Atlanta Braves general manager Alex Anthopoulos said Tuesday that stars Spencer Strider and Ronald Acuña Jr. will likely not be ready for Opening Day.

Right-handed Strider went down in April with an elbow sprain and underwent surgery to repair his UCL. Acuña has not seen game action since May, when he tore his ACL and quickly underwent surgery.
There is no official timetable for their return, but Anthopoulos reiterated that the staff will continue to evaluate.
