The finale of their season-opening series in San Diego in 2025 will be nationally televised on ESPN.
As usual around this time of year, we start to get a look at which games for the upcoming baseball season are going to be nationally televised. With the Atlanta Braves having been a Postseason mainstay for the better part of a decade now, it makes sense that they’d be getting some run on national television in any given season.
When it comes to 2025, we already know that the Braves will be playing in two Sunday Night Baseball games in the first two months of the season. MLB has announced that Atlanta’s season-opening series finale in San Diego on March 30 will be played on ESPN. Over a month later on May 4, the Braves will be hosting the Dodgers on Sunday Night Baseball.

The dates for the second half of the season (outside of the Little League Classic) will be revealed later on during the season and it really wouldn’t be surprising if the Braves didn’t end up playing at least a couple of more games under the lights on ESPN. So whether you enjoy these showcase games or you find the current version of Sunday Night Baseball a hard product to watch, you may as well get ready to see the Braves playing on Sunday Night Baseball a few times this season — starting with the very first Sunday Night Baseball game of 2025.
