Night time spring action!
We’ve got ourselves a rare spring training night game this evening, as the Atlanta Braves are playing host to the Miami Marlins. The “host” part is very important since that appears to be why we’re getting a pretty close preview to what the Opening Day lineup will probably look like from the Braves. Here’s the lineup:
I’d say that the only two names that won’t be on the Opening Day graphic are the final two: Curt Casali and Ian Anderson. That’s not to say that Ian Anderson doesn’t have a shot at making the Opening Day roster or anything like that but he’s certainly not going to be the Opening Day starter. Anyways, he’ll be looking to build on his strong performance from his last outing while helping to ensure that he stays firmly in the conversation for a rotation spot.
Tonight’s game can be seen on Gray TV (check your local listings for which channel that is in your area) and MLB.tv. Additionally, you can listen to the game on 680 The Fan/93.7 FM, which is also pretty unusual for spring. We’re breaking out all the bells and whistles for this incredibly prestigious exhibition baseball game.
