Opening Day for the Braves starts at 4:10 pm EDT this year
Opening Day is a little different for the Braves this year, since they start in a different time zone than their home base. That said, my question is in the title — what are your plans for this celebratory day, and are they different (because of the 4:10 pm EDT start, or otherwise)?
For a long while, I used to take Opening Day off and made a whole day of it. Or, where that wasn’t an option, I’d work a half-day or whatever I could manage to be able to watch the opener uninterrupted. But, my circumstances have changed over the last while, and there’s no longer a clear delineation between “off” and “on” in this regard for me, so it’s more about me watching the game while other things are going on, just like pretty much every game these days.
But, you might have very different plans!
