Georgia Tech has landed a commitment from 3-star 6-foot-11 big man Cole Kirouac from Brewster (N.H.) Academy.
The Georgia native chose Damon Stoudamire’s club over Wyoming.
“I picked Tech because it feels like home,” he told ZAGSBLOG. “I really like Coach Stoudamire and all of the coaches on staff. Plus, I think Coach Stoudamire can help me reach my aspirations. Playing in front of friends and family is also a bonus.”
He added: “My skill set is pretty comparable to [Celtics’ big man] Luke Kornet’s. I think that I am a good defender and a great rebounder. I have a good inside offensive game and an outside shot that’s in the works.”

Brewster Academy coach Jason Smith told ZAGSBLOG:
“Cole is a very athletic 6’11 center who has tremendous upside and potential. He possesses a great motor and work ethic. Runs the floor extremely well.”
Last week Georgia Tech landed a pledge from 6-foot-5 4-star guard Jaeden Mustaf of Overtime Elite.
