Here’s how the FTRS Staff think the game against VMI is gonna go!
Benjamin Tankersley
Georgia Tech wins 52-3.
VMI will be without their starting quarterback this week, and they were already a poorly performing FCS team. I think Tech cruises to an easy victory, and we should see the reserves in the second half.
Logan Sandor
Georgia Tech wins 45-7.
VMI gets a touchdown on their first drive and doesn’t score again. Haynes King puts on a passing clinic before getting pulled in the 3rd quarter with a 38-7 lead. Our offense slows down after that and we only get one more touchdown which is thrown to Leo Blackburn.
Jack Purdy
Georgia Tech wins 40-10
I’m going to give VMI two scoring possessions purely based on the fact that it seems our defense isn’t all the way there yet. I laud myself for nailing last week’s score…but the wrong team won. Alas, I don’t care if I get this result right, I just want us to have win #3 going into Louisville.
