Nathan and Yara each had a pretty good day on Saturday. They have that in common with your Georgia Bulldogs. Unlike the Dawgs however they’re here to tell you all about the weekend that was.
First, a bit of a warning. In lieu of the usual light-hearted cold opening Nathan, as a teacher in a public school, had a few things to say about the recent tragic shooting right down the road at Apalachee High School. I say that in part just so that you’ll know it’s coming, but also because Nathan speaks from a unique position, and deserves to be heard on the issue.
Now, to more light-hearted fare. Further on in the episode you’ll learn some indispensable life advice, like:
* Why you should take your Sanford Stadium selfies in landscape rather than portrait.
* Why you shouldn’t go to Sephora while still buzzing on the heady joy of a Bulldog victory.
* Why it’s too early to compare the 2024 UGA defense to the 2021 UGA defense. But not too early to think about whether we should begin to compare the 2024 UGA defense to the 2021 UGA defense.
* Why you should point and laugh at Auburn football (actually, that one is self-evident).
As always we ask that you like, rate, subscribe, and patreonize the show wherever you get your podcasts.
Until later…
