The eyes of Texas (and the college football world) are on Austin, as your Georgia Bulldogs prepare to kick off against the #1 ranked Texas Longhorns. As usual, we have some last minute injury updates.
* After being listed as questionable for much of the week Texas receiver Isaiah Bond has been upgraded to probable following an ankle injury last week against Oklahoma. I’m still a little curious how healthy he really is.
* Smael Mondon, Branson Robinson, and Roderick Robinson remain out as expected.
* Defensive tackle Jordan Hall and center Jared Wilson are nowhere to be found on the injury report, indicating both are a go for tonight’s festivities. It will be interesting to see if and how much we see Drew Bobo at center/guard given his play in Wilson’s absence.
* Tate Ratledge is now listed as a game time decision following tightrope surgery on his ankle. It feels like the coaches would like to have him suited up if possible, but I’m not sure he’d be in game shape at this point.
Time to turn it loose. Remember, there’s no pressure on the underdog Dawgs in this one.
Go ‘Dawgs!!!
