Sanford Stadium is once again open for business!
The Bulldogs will kick off a few minutes after 2:00 against the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles as a 53.5 point favorite. If they’re going to win that big, they’ll do so without a handful of players. In warmups it appears Warren Brinson and Joenel Aguero are dressed out, though how much they’ll play remains to be seen. Defensive linemen Jordan Hall and Xzavier McLeod and linebacker Mykel Williams are not.
Tailback Trevor Etienne on the other hand is dressed and warming up with the Bulldog offense, and it’s a pretty safe bet that we’ll see his first action in red and black.
This will be the spot for you to commiserate with your fellow Dawgs for at least the first half (we’ll open a new thread at the half if it looks necessary). Friends, it is finally Saturday in Athens.
