Georgia’s Amarius Mims showed how massive he was at the NFL Combine on Saturday.
He was standing next to regular-looking humans and the size comparison was insane. He was towering over everyone.

He’s going to be super tough to get around once he gets drafted during April’s NFL Draft.
Mims played seven games at right tackle this season and made six starts. He got banged up during Georgia’s SEC opener against South Carolina but was able to return against Ole Miss in Georgia’s home finale.
Coming into the season, he was named to the All-SEC First Team at SEC preseason media days. Before that, he saw action as a reserve tackle in 14 of 15 games during Georgia’s run to the National Championship in 2022.
There’s a good chance he gets drafted in the first round of the draft since teams love to get the top ones early. Mims would qualify and he’s already had a meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers as they try and upgrade their offensive line.
Before he committed to Georgia, Mims was a five-star recruit in the 2021 recruiting class and was the third-best offensive tackle in the country, per 247Sports composite rankings. He was also the eighth-best overall recruit, regardless of position.
It’ll be fascinating to see which team selects him when the NFL Draft gets going on Apr. 25. It’ll last through Apr. 27 and take place in Detroit, Michigan.
You’ll be able to watch it on ESPN and NFL Network.
