The ‘Dawgs have played solid defense and moved the ball on offense, but a couple of critical errors have them trailing the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 6-3 at the half. Still, if you’re a Bulldog fan you have to feel pretty good about where you are.
….Is what I was going to say before Monroe Freeling got his butt beat for the fourth time in the first half.
Georgia has made the type of mistakes you absolutely cannot make in a game like this. In the pregame I said that Georgia needed to get to +2 in the turnover column to win this one. They are currently-2, and that’s essentially the difference between the current score and a 10-6 Georgia lead.
The Red and Black have been a second half team all season. They’ll have to be one once again if they want their season to continue.
Go ‘Dawgs!!!
