Some of the funnier football-related content every year is when NFL players are forced to make good on the bets they made when their alma maters play each other — and Rams quarterback Stetson Bennett was the latest victim.
On Wednesday, the former UGA QB was spotted wearing all Alabama gear at LA’s facility after his Georgia Bulldogs lost a heartbreaker to the Tide in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night.
For what it’s worth, it looks like the two-time national champ took it in stride and paid up with a smile.

It didn’t take long for this one to go viral though:
“This is gonna hurt some feelings,” Roll Bama Roll commented.
“Clearly bets were lost,” a fan cried.
“Finally… someone made that garbage look good. Just goes to show you that Stetson’s the best QB to wear Tide gear as well. About time yall had a real QB in Crimson,” a Bulldogs fan said.
“ANYONE BUT HIM,” another user sobbed.
“This hurts,” another admitted. “At least he held up his end of the bet I’ll give that to him.”
The second-year QB has yet to see any action for Los Angeles and is currently seated behind Matthew Stafford and Jimmy Garoppolo on the Rams’ depth chart.
He did get some run in the preseason however where he completed 41-of-69 passes.
