Firmly entrenched as one of the NFL’s best guards, Lindstrom is honored again.
Chris Lindstrom is generally recognized as one of the best guards in the NFL, and once you get a reputation like that, your spot as a Pro Bowler and/or All-Pro is pretty much guaranteed every year until you break down.
That’s not to suggest that Lindstrom is coasting on reputation as he earns his third straight second team All-Pro nod. Lindstrom allowed just one sack all year, the 19th-highest number of pressures among guards, and was Pro Football Focus’s highest-rated run blocking guard yet again. As an above average pass protector and elite run blocker, Lindstrom is a critical piece of this offensive line and an enabler of the great offense that Zac Robinson dreams of putting on the field in 2025.

Somehow, Lindstrom has not been a first-team All-Pro all this time, but that honor will come at some point so long as he keeps playing at this level. With Michael Penix taking over and Bijan Robinson rolling, Lindstrom will be integral to the team’s plans again next year, and so long as he remains healthy should once again be one of the small handful of best guards and offensive linemen in the sport.
Congratulations to Lindstrom!
