The Falcons (6-4) will try to earn one more win before the bye week, while the Broncos (5-5) seek to stop a two game skid.
The good news is that the Atlanta Falcons are still winning the NFC South by a comfortable margin, as I wrote they were last week. The bad news is that they dropped a divisional game against the Saints, and now are facing a tough Denver Broncos team right before their bye week.
Atlanta’s a grim 0-2 against the AFC so far this season, having lost games to the Steelers and Chiefs, and now must contend with a smothering Denver defense and quietly solid Broncos offense led by rookie quarterback Bo Nix. They also have to deal with Sean Payton, who is always a gigantic pain in their butts.
A win here in a tough road environment will get the Falcons to seven wins, matching their 2023, 2022, and 2021 totals. A loss would put them at 6-5 and needing to get healthy and figure some things out coming out of a needed bye; it’s not fatal but would not be ideal.
We’ll round up all our coverage from Week 11’s game right here, so keep it open for a feed of every story, live thread, and recap from Falcons-Broncos.
