The Atlanta Falcons signed tight end Nikola Kalinic to a reserve/future contract, the team announced on Tuesday afternoon. Kalinic, 28, appeared in two games for the Los Angeles Rams last season.
The former York standout played for the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats from 2019 to 2022 before signing with the Indianapolis Colts. He spent most of the 2022 season on the Colts practice squad and later signed with the Rams in 2023.
Kalinic is the 17th player that Atlanta has signed to a reserve/future contract since the conclusion of the 2024 NFL season. Check out the full list below.

The Falcons introduced Jeff Ulbrich as defensive coordinator on Monday. Ulbrich replaces Jimmy Lake, who was fired after one season in Atlanta. The team also hired Nate Ollie as the defensive line coach and Mike Rutenberg as the defensive passing game coordinator.
