Barring any more trades, the Falcons have only one pick tonight.
The first night of the 2025 NFL Draft was nothing short of exhilarating for Atlanta Falcons fans. With the 15th overall pick, the Falcons made a splash by selecting Jalon Walker, an immensely talented linebacker who many draft analysts had listed as a top-10 prospect. But the excitement didn’t stop there; in a surprising move, the Falcons orchestrated a trade with the Los Angeles Rams to move back into the first round. With that pick, they added edge rusher James Pearce Jr. from Tennessee to further bolster their defense.
Currently, Atlanta holds the 101st overall pick, which they acquired from that Rams trade, ensuring they have a third-round selection to look forward to. However, they do not possess a second-round pick after their first-round maneuvers so there will be a bit of a wait until the next pick, but how long?
Given the current situation, it is likely that the Falcons’ next selection could come around 11:49 PM tonight. Of course, the dynamic nature of the draft means that trades could shuffle the order, plus there’s possible delays to naturally expect. But if you don’t feel like watching the whole draft and want to just tune in to see who the Falcons select next, I’d recommend turning the draft on around 11:30pm just to be safe.
For Day 3 of the draft, the Falcons currently have a round 4 pick (118th overall) and then a round 7 pick (218th pick). You can check out all of the odds for the Falcons’ draft courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
